Do you have a perpetual trophy or plaque that needs engraving. This is the item for you. Just give us the engraving text and drop off the plaque or trophy.
If you need matching engraving to an existing perpetual plaque, click “match engraving” to add a $15 set up charge. If this is a re-order for the exact piece, you do not need to add an extra set up.
You can drop it off at our store (6686 Odana Road Madison, WI 53719) from 8 am to 4 pm, Monday thru Friday or anytime at the UPS store in our mall (Market Square in Madison, WI).
This is for engraving of your plates only and does not include the plaque shown. We will engrave your existing plates dropped off with the plaque or trophy. Or if we have engraved your plates in the past, you can drop off the blank plate to be engraved. Call us at 608-833-1716 with any questions.
