Do you have a Fantasy Football (or other) perpetual trophy that needs engraving. This is the item for you. Just give us the engraving text and drop off the trophy.
If you have more than one plate to engrave, it's included. You can drop it off at our store (6686 Odana Road Madison, WI 53719) from 8 am to 4. pm, Monday thru Friday or anytime at the UPS store in our mall (Market Square in Madison, WI).
If you need matching engraving to an existing perpetual plaque, click “match engraving” to add a $15 set up charge. If this is a re-order for the exact piece, you do not need to add an extra set up
Photos shown are existing fantasy football trophies and are shown only for examples. This is for engraving of your plates only and does not include the trophies shown. We will engrave your existing plates dropped off with the trophy.
